Any products or services mentioned on the online pages of this site and the other digital applications of the project (Tour App, AR app) and bearing the marks of the respective organizations, companies, partner bodies, associations or publications, are their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore these bodies bear the relevant responsibility. Τhis application “SamosWineRoutes” (“app”) belongs to the North Aegean Region (Samos Regional Unit) and its use is subject to the following terms:

1. Apart from the exceptions stated explicitly (copyrights of third parties, collaborators or other institutions), the “app” contains content held in copyright by North Aegean Region (Samos Regional Unit). This content includes texts, images, plans, graphics, videos, software applications and provided services, referred to indicatively.
2. North Aegean Region (Samos Regional Unit) encourages the private use of the “app” content for personal information purposes, as well as the use for educational or research purposes. The use in the context of a company’s or services or organisation’s activity, is not considered private. The reproduction or saving of individual pages or data is allowed only for educational or research purposes, under the necessary condition that there is reference to the “app” as source and mention of the names of the creators (provided that they appear on the “app”), without any harm to the relevant copyrights. However, the users shall be aware that certain files or data may be subject to the copyright of a third party (collaborating bodies, organisations, companies), and they cannot be used without prior permission by these parties (which may be referred to the app).
3. Saving, reproduction, republishing, transmission or distribution of any part of the “app” content for a commercial purpose or any other use not falling into paragraph 2, are strictly forbidden.
4. The personal data that the users submit in order to register to the application are included in the «Operator’s» files, are used exclusively for its better service and information and are not reproduced or given in any way to third parties.
5. The app is asking from the user for his consent on using his location, in order to inform him about the position of the exhibits on the map. The user has to consent and open his location settings to enable location permissions, if he wishes to make use of all the functionalities that the app has to offer.
6. North Aegean Region (Samos Regional Unit) reserves the right to modify at any moment and without prior notification the Terms of Use of the “app” and to publish them on this screen. For this purpose, we kindly request you to visit this screen frequently.

Applicable Law and Other Terms

The above terms and conditions of use of https://www.samoswineroutes.gr/ and the other digital applications of the project (Tour App, AR app), as well as any modification thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international treaties (such as indicatively and not restrictively Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774 /1999 and European law (directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). Any provision of the above conditions that becomes contrary to the law shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.

This constitutes the overall agreement between https://www.samoswineroutes.gr/ and the cooperation of the project partners and the visitor/user of its pages and services and only binds them. No modification of these terms shall be considered and shall not form a part of this agreement unless made in writing and incorporated herein.
